American Leisure Co. Strikes Again!

I did'nt want the card in the first place, the rep. said just look at it
Thiefsssssssss...... (American Leisure/EZ Saver)
I got ripped off
American Leisure & Easy Saver
When authorizing an automated phone purchase for a completely different product, I was fooled into "okaying" additional monthly charges through Encore Marketing for American Leisure and Easy Saver "coupons & offers." My monthly charges came to $16.95 for each. Had I not been verbally run in circles in order to purchase the one product, I never would have consented to have my credit card charged for "additional services." Encore Marketing should be ashamed of themselves for ripping off consumers.
Shame on you! And shame on me for making a phone purchase in the first place. Never buy Ultra Lean Green Tea packets--they're *** for over $70/mo.
and then American Leisure and Easy Saver will *** monthly for another $34.
AMERICAN LEASURE AUTOMATICLY MADE ME A MEMBER AND CHARGED MY CAPITOL ONE CARD FOR CHARGES I CALLED
Pharmazone/Viapren sold my debt card info. to another company
My husband heard about Viapren from a radio ad. He called and ordered for the free trial packet. Not only did we receive the strips, we were sent the pleasure ring and some icky gel. We knew we would be charged for the trial packet of tongue strips, but they also charged us for the pleasure ring and gel (something we DID NOT order).
After trying the tongue strips, they did absolutely nothing for us. And for the gel, it was awful and didn't do anything but make that intimate moment anything but pleasurable. As for the pleasure ring, well needless to say, it was a waste of time. It's now a play-toy for our cat.
Here is where the REAL problem with Phamazone/Viapren starts. Not only were their products less than satisfactory, they SOLD our debt card information to other companies.
Yesterday I was doing my online banking and saw where there were TWO transactions for $16.95 each that debted my account a few days ago. It was from Easy Saver and American Leisure. Thank GOD there was an 800 number given on my account transaction for both of these companies because I had no idea who they were and what the charges were for. I contacted my husband at work to see if he had bought anything from either one of these companies and he too had no idea what this was for.
I called the 800 numbers that were given to inquire what these charges were for and was shocked to find out that when my husband ordered the product from Pharmazone/Viapren a month back, they said he agreed to memberships with both companies where there was a $16.95 monthly membership fee.
I assured, Trista, the customer service rep. for American Leisure that this was not the case and for her to credit this money back. She informed me that no credits would be given that she could only cancel any further charges to my bank account. I advised her that this was a serious case of fraud and I would be taking further action.
After speaking with this "dim-wit", I contacted my bank and was advised to come in and submit forms to dispute the charges. I was also advised to change all my account numbers and to have my debt card canceled and to get another one reissued as they would probably try to charge my account at a later date.
I am in the process of contacting the Better Business Bureau in Phoenix Arizona to file a complaint against all three of these companies as they all committed fraud.
Hopefully if everyone that has been duped by these companies file a complaint the BBB will take legal action.
American Leisure EZ SAver ripped me off for 2 years

Why is everyone saying they won here? Shouldn't you be smart enough to know that winning a package worth thousands of dollars is a scam?
You have to pay for a fee ***. Read stuff before sending forms.I bet you haven't read all contracts you've signed including your pre-nup.
